Tim Miller Style Primary
On Tuesday's Tim would practice Primary with us and add some embellishment. It was always so much fun to practice with him. This is a fun, face paced class, with lots of extra backbends to eight names of Hanuman. We always followed with the Hanuman Chalisa after practice.
We did this practice on Tuesday because Tuesday is Hanuman's day. Hanuman was born on a Tuesday. Because Mars rules Tuesday and Mars is malefic, calling in Hanuman to help see us through is prudent.
Please practice carefully and don't push yourself too far or too fast. Listen to your body. This practice is intended for students familiar with the Primary Series. Patience is key.
