Second Series for All
Join Jen for a live workshop that teaches Second Series to both beginners and advanced students. The intent of this workshop is to support you where you are in your practice, make asana connections to the postures of the Fundamentals, Primary Series and Second Series, and give you a glimpse of the future. You will finish feeling empowered by everything you can do!

Second Series for All
I believe that Second Series is for everyone - not just people who can stand up from a drop back and bind Mari D. EVERYONE. And I teach it that way. I offer modifications, props, and steps to get you to a posture. And if you already do the posture, I offer you subtle techniques to make it better.
It's Cumulative
The Ashtanga system builds upon itself. Learn similarities and clues from earlier poses that will help you understand the direction you are headed.
Meet Jen
I've been practicing Second Series for twelve years. I've taught the series to dozens of students. I can make the series accessible to all levels. I have struggled in the poses, fallen, tried again, and learned a lot in the process. It was hard for me to figure this out practicing alone - now I get to share my tips with you!
