Your cycle, your practice.
An online women's circle that's open to all, to discuss our menstrual cycles and the effect they have on our practices. (And vice versa!)
Alright ladies, it's that time of the month - now what are you going to do about your practice?
Actually, it's not just one time of the month. It's the whole month. Our cycles affect so much more than just the days we are menstruating. Our hormone levels have an impact on our energy levels every day, and our practices and lives are impacted as a result.
Ever have one of those days when you feel like you can't do anything beyond rolling around on your mat? Or a day when you feel strong and unstoppable? Followed by a day when you feel like you just don't have any bandhas?
Nature loves rhythms. We sense it in our cycles and we feel it in our bodies. If you find that it's hard to have a consistent practice every day, you aren't alone. And there's more to it than you may realize.
In this free online women's circle, we'll discuss the four phases of a women's cycle and how your practice can be impacted by each phase.
- How to distinguish each phase of your cycle.
- How to sync your practice with your cycle.
- How to support your body for a lifetime of practice.
- How to support your body to have a healthy period.
- Strategies for dealing with attachment to your practice.
- Alternatives to asana practice to fit your cycle.
What are you waiting for? We've got a lot to cover and limited space in this training. Sign up now!
