Alright ladies, it's that time of the month - now what are you going to do about your practice?

Actually, it's not just one time of the month. It's the whole month. Our cycles affect so much more than just the days we are menstruating. Our hormone levels have an impact on our energy levels every day, and our practices and lives are impacted as a result.

Jenna Longoria

Jenna Longoria, aka The Period Guru, is a board certified functional nutritionist specializing in women’s hormones.
