Sweat, Sand, Surf
The retreat will be held at Hotelito los Suenos in Sayulita. Available activities include surfing, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, massages, cooking lessons and many more. The hotel is a quick walk from Sayulita's spectacular beaches, and there are plenty of activities in the village's vibrant downtown.
We will be practicing a combination of led Ashtanga and Mysore style practice offered every morning and taught by Jen. Morning asana practice will be followed by seated meditation.
Afternoon workshop-style yoga sessions will be offered on alternating days as an opportunity to dive deeper into the practice and answer questions.
(includes lodging for 7 days and 7 nights, 2 meals a day and 1-2 yoga sessions a day)
Join Jen and your fellow yogis for a destination yoga adventure that will combine the power of the practice with a fun, spirited Mexican getaway.
This retreat is for yogis of all levels looking to disconnect from the grind and reconnect with the practice, the self, and each other.
Spend seven days and seven nights in one-of-a-kind Sayulita, Mexico at Hotelito los Sueños, practicing against the stunning backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra Madre Occidental mountain range. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from both the beach and the charming village of Sayulita, with plenty of activities to indulge in, and breakfast and dinner are included in pricing.
Expect to practice under Jen's guidance from Sunday through Friday. Practice will consist of 1-2 led Ashtanga classes appropriate for all levels, with a minimum of four two-hour Mysore classes. Practices will be followed by a group meditation.
On alternating days, there will be afternoon sessions in workshop format to explore challenging areas of practice, and to ask questions pertaining to your own practice or teaching.
You'll also have plenty of time to rest, rejuvenate, and reflect, as well as to explore the spectacular beaches and the cultural offerings of Sayulita!
I love small groups. It means we can get to know each other well, and that you'll get plenty of attention during yoga practice. So don't wait to save your space!
