I took the Primary Series In-depth to get a good foundation in Ashtanga Yoga. I knew a little going into the week but I’m basically a beginner to the practice. The course was well worth it. Jen was great at breaking down the entire series and reviewing the body mechanics of each posture in detail. I learned a lot of important things everyday in class. I feel that it’s helped me tremendously with Mysore practice.
