The $500 payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are unavailable within 90 days of the retreat start date, except for extenuating circumstances.

Jen strongly recommends obtaining medical and travel insurance, including THIRD PARTY coverage, for unforeseen delays, changes, or cancellations due to various reasons, including Covid-related issues. Once fees are paid, no refunds will be issued.

Jen reserves the right to cancel the trip for reasons such as low enrollment, political instability, extreme weather, travel restrictions, or health concerns.
