FREE Video Training Series: "Be Hippy," and Start Opening Those Hips!

The Keys to Opening Your Hips, Deepening Your Practice, and Feeling Better

In our modern, desk-bound lives, getting into your hips is one of the best things you can do for yourself on the yoga mat. The hip is the biggest joint we have, and tight hip flexors can lead to back pain and bad posture (which then leads back to tight hips). What's more, deep hip openers in yoga can definitely look pretty daunting sometimes!

I'm very happy to tell you, though, that opening your hips doesn't have to be scary! It can be fun, energizing, and a lot easier to get into than you might think. And all of that is why I'm so excited to share with you this free introductory series, so you can start opening your hips and feeling the benefits on your practice and your life.

Start With What You Know

You may know that your practice already includes postures that open your hips, but are you engaging with your hip flexors in those moments? I'll help you to build a solid hip-opening foundation into the basics of your existing practice.

Hip Openness = Holistic Openness

Tightness in your hips throws off your standing posture, which can then throw off your entire yoga practice! Opening your hips isn't just important for your hip-focused asanas on the mat - it brings more balance and stability to your entire practice.

You Already Have the Basics

Yes, you already probably have a lot of the basics for getting into your hip flexors! Maybe you can see how janusirsasana (head-to-knee) is a precursor to foot-behind-head, or maybe not, but the foundations of open hip flexors are right there for you.
