Our client is major telecommunication player in Singapore market.

Job Responsibilities:

To foster and build good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention.

To engage customers up to CXO level.
-
To understand and identify customer's ICT/telecommunication needs through in-depth account planning and profiling.
-
To understand and appreciate market trends, competitors' movement and industry information so as to serve customers better.
-
To achieve high customer satisfaction with decision makers.
-
To play a key ambassador role for SingTel.
-
To work with Solution Manager & specialists to propose relevant and cost effective ICT solutions for corporate customers.
-
To lead bids or RFPs to ensure proposals are submitted in order to win.
-
To identify business opportunities and synergy with customers in areas of cooperation.
-
To identify reciprocal businesses and areas of cooperation whenever there are opportunities.
-
To provide one-stop ICT experience to customers regarding all SingTel services.
-
To ensure all support or tasks requested by Director are done timely and effectively.
-
To ensure that all customers' pre-sales & post-sales enquiries and works orders, commercial documents, dealings with customers are promptly attended to, documented and kept.
 

Requirements:

-
A degree or higher with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in account management achieving an excellent sales track record. Candidates with experience in Telecommunication / ICT industries and good understanding of these services and solutions are preferred.

Must be self driven, energetic, resourceful, creative, and possess strong leadership skills.

Able to project a strong, positive image of him/herself and the Company.

Able to build good customer relationships at all levels.
-
Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reports.
-
High Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
