Job Responsibilities:

-	Review and benchmark existing BCM processes and documentation against best practices / SS540 / BS25999 and propose improvements and/or BCM deliverables for Networks Group.
-	Develop good understanding of critical systems and processes involved in Engineering and Operations and use this to: facilitate planning sessions; provide advice on how to implement and test business continuity; provide advice on crisis management best practices.
-	Develop test plans, scenarios and scripts for call tree test, desktop exercise, walk through / simulation, full scale exercise (including joint exercises with external agencies.)
-	Liaise with other BUs to ensure effective coordination for cross-functional initiatives.
-	Liaise with external agencies to provide information, status reports and participate in joint exercises.�
-	Support Sales / Operations in BCM audits requested by key customers.
-	Plan BCM communications, BCM Training roadmap, organize seminars / workshop to raise BCM proficiency.
-	Prepare and plan for internal / external BCM audits.
-	Repare monthly activity reports, monthly / quarterly management reports.
-	Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills / Experience:

-	Degree in Business or Engineering with minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
-	Certified in BCM.
-	Experience in BS25999 or SS540 Certification will be an advantage.
-	Quick-learner who can think logically and creatively.
-	Ability to remain calm and deliver under pressure is critical.
-	Able to distil large volume of information and identify/articulate areas that require attention.
-	Able to multitask and meet KPIs with a high quality standard.
-	As cross-functional interaction is extensive, a friendly disposition and the proven ability to influence is key.
