Qualify potential candidates and conduct "in
person" interview with candidates

Evaluate, profile and present "best fit"
candidates to Client

Conduct reference checks on short-listed candidates, both
formal and informal

Assist in enhancing and broadcasting strong competencies
profiles of Jenrene to attract and retain quality candidates and clients

Develop and maintain good network in the Technology &
Telecommunication industry

Responsible for full life cycle of search assignment
Requirements:
-
Experience corporate executives/managers/HR recruiter in
Technology or Telecommunication industry or Personnel with at least 3 years
working experience in executive search firm

Good working knowledge of Technology or Telecommunication
industries

Enjoy meeting, networking and working with people
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Good verbal and written skills in English; with superior
professional attitude

Self-motivated, mature yet versatile with the ability to
work autonomously as well as in a team

High level of discretion and integrity

Strong drive with persistent and determined
personality

Minimum Diploma holder. University Degree would be
desirable
