Role:

Service existing clients and develop new clients

Establish clear understanding of clients’ recruitment
needs and competencies/skills required for recruitment assignment

Client management and expand clients’ assignment
opportunities

Develop and update candidate database
-
Qualify potential candidates and conduct telephone or
"in person" interview with candidates
-
Evaluate and present "best fit" candidates to
Client
-
Assist in enhancing and broadcasting strong competencies
profiles of Jenrene to attract and retain quality candidates and clients

Ensure timely collection
Requirements:
-
At least 1 years experience in Corporate HR recruitment or
employment agency
-
Good working knowledge of recruitment process
-
Enjoy meeting, networking and working with people
-
Customer-oriented, energetic and possess enthusiasm in
providing professional services
-
Able to adapt in a fast pace working environment
-
Good verbal and written skills in English
-
Self-motivated; able to work autonomously as well as in a
team
-
High level of discretion and integrity
-
Strong drive with persistent and determined
personality
